For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At FEC, we process the information provided to us by interested parties for administrative, accounting, and tax management purposes, as well as for sending commercial communications about our products and services, if you have previously given your consent for this purpose.

How long will we keep your data?
For 5 years or as long as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?
We indicate the legal basis for the processing of your data: Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce; Law 56/2007 of December 28 on Measures to Promote the Information Society; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

Consent of the data subject: REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
